How does RTT Hypnotherapy work?

Hypnotherapy is done online?
Our RTT hypnotherapy sessions take place online, and the interaction is built around your needs. All research conveys that the quality and efficacy of RTT is not diminished when administered over a virtual call. In fact, it can actually be better because of the familiarity and sense of security of being in your place of comfort. We will also make sure to follow up and see how you have progressed since your session.
What’s the process?
RTT hypnotherapy is done online, over a 2 hour session. After the session, you will be given a personalized recording, which you must listen to for 21 days consecutively. It is known that it takes about 21 days to form new neuropathways, or habits. You may see immediate change, gradual change, or not even notice your change while others do. There will be 1-2 follow up calls to monitor your progress after your session. Clients can expect to see improvements after 1-3 sessions, however this will depend on the issue and the client’s desire for change.
